I can touch my toes!

Hello everybody!
Life is great!This week I am practising my yoga!..yes I discovered my toes!

...and yes sometimes they reach my mouth!

At play-group ...I'm boss!...don't mess with Sasha!


When I am not at play-group, you can still find me hanging out in my jumparoo!
This is how I get around! My colorful and tactile lamaze toys keep me entertained....


I'll get back to you all when I hit my 5 months, in the meantime must get back to sleeping,eating and feeding.

Hello everybody!

I am a busy bee this month, some of my highlights include learning how roll onto my tummy, squeals and squeaks of delight, and hanging out with my pals at play-group.
My swimming is improving - see my new bikini!I ma feeling more confident in the water and love kicking my legs, coordinating my arms is a challenge! Hope you enjoy the the photos.

We are getting ready to go on the big plane again. This time we are going to America to see my Grandma, Aunts & Uncles, and cousins for the first time....yipeeee! It will be a very special time for me as I am also going to see my big sister Maria - I am so excited to meet her, I have heard all about her and seen photos but can't wait for snuggles with her.

Yay! I can now touch the floor when I am in my jumparoo (a gift from Aunt Lorraine). I have really perfected my moves -and when anyone looks over at me I go higher and faster. This video shows my irish dancing moves (river-dance) and I end with a wave to my adoring fans!the sound in the background is my Daddy clapping as well as the jungle sounds of the monkey,elephant and lion that activate when I move.I have a lot fun in my jumparoo and there are so many extra toys and textures to explore on the activity tray. Now that my hands are reaching,grabbing and manipulating objects- the dragonfly,gecko and rotating sun- I enjoy my jumparoo, and of course anything I grab ends up in my mouth! Sasha in her Jumparoo

Four Months : Out & About with Daddy

My cousin Carla gave me hers when she was too big for it, now I get to use it. I really enjoy it because I get to be up high and I can see everything that is going on.I am a little busy bee!

Little hands and feet!

Hello!

When I was one month my Auntie barbie (who is a well known potter)made an imprint of my hands and feet. We now have the finished product made into a plate that I can keep for life! The plate is a special reminder of my life. My mummy also made a poem about my growing feet and hands that goes with the plate.

Here it is....

Little feet,little hands....




Exploring the world so new.
Little hands – fingers clutching, feeling and reaching for more.
Little feet-toes wriggling and pointing to touch the floor.
Little hands grabbing objects and discovering the new.
Little feet ready for play; how fast they grew!
Little hands provide for love and kindness in the form of a hug.
Little feet connect to the ground and often land with a thud.
Little hands yearning to touch and have some fun.
Little feet learning to walk …….. and then off they run!
Little hands expressing true emotion and feelings so true.
Little feet the hands that touch the earth- if only they knew.

Birthdays

My daddy's birthday cake......

Hi everybody!
It was Daddy's birthday on April 29th and we sang the birthday song,and blew out candles - it was fun. It was the first time I saw a birthday cake , it looked really good. I am starting to become interested in food, soon I will be able to eat food as well as milk- my muumy says when I am six months. I had my four month check up and the charts indicate that I am growing well. For my age I am in the 75th percentile for my weight and the 95th percentile for my height.
